Fase Studio
Privacy notice
Last updated August 2026
This notice explains what Fase Studio does with personal information. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Fase Studio designs, writes and maintains websites for owner operated businesses in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here. Email info@fasestudio.co.uk.
What we collect when you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, your business name, your email address and, optionally, a short description of what you do. That is all it collects and all it sends. Nothing is stored on the website itself. The message is delivered to our inbox by email.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Because you asked us to get in touch. The lawful basis is your request to take steps before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful and then delete it.
Who else sees it
Our email delivery provider processes the message in order to deliver it. Our hosting provider stores the website. Neither uses your information for anything of their own. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your information and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. If we later add analytics, it will be a privacy respecting service that does not use cookies or collect personal data and this notice will say so before it goes live.
Client websites we build
Where we build and maintain a website for a client, that client is the controller of any information their site collects and we act as their processor under a written agreement. Their own privacy notice governs their visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it. Email us and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
